Neomezuje se tedy pouze na opalov\u00e1n\u00ed na pl\u00e1\u017ei b\u011bhem l\u00e9ta!<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Slunci jsme vystaveni, kdy\u017e pracujeme venku, sportujeme, proch\u00e1z\u00edme se atd. Ne v\u017edy si to uv\u011bdomujeme. Ne v\u017edy si uv\u011bdomujeme, \u017ee jsme vystaveni. Nap\u0159\u00edklad na lodi v\u00edtr ochlazuje poko\u017eku, tak\u017ee horko u\u017e nep\u016fsob\u00ed jako alarm.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Vystaven\u00ed slunci m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt <strong><span style=\"color: #fd4700;\">akutn\u00ed<\/span><\/strong> (intenzivn\u00ed expozice, kter\u00e1 vede ke sp\u00e1len\u00ed), <strong><span style=\"color: #fd4700;\">p\u0159eru\u0161ovan\u00e9<\/span><\/strong> (ten, kter\u00fd odpov\u00edd\u00e1 na\u0161im volno\u010dasov\u00fdm zvyklostem, nap\u0159\u00edklad b\u011bhem pr\u00e1zdnin) nebo <strong><span style=\"color: #fd4700;\">kronika<\/span><\/strong> (to se t\u00fdk\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad exponovan\u00fdch profes\u00ed, jako jsou zem\u011bd\u011blci nebo stavebn\u00ed d\u011bln\u00edci). Ta je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm rizikov\u00fdm faktorem pro <a href=\"https:\/\/hyfac.fr\/cs\/sos-dermato\/4322-keratoses-actiniques-et-prevention\/\"><u>aktinick\u00e9 kerat\u00f3zy<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #fd4700;\"><strong>Co je ve slune\u010dn\u00edch paprsc\u00edch?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p align=\"justify\">Slune\u010dn\u00ed sv\u011btlo, a\u0165 u\u017e viditeln\u00e9, nebo neviditeln\u00e9, se podobn\u011b jako r\u00e1diov\u00e9 vlny vyzna\u010duje t\u00edm, \u017ee je <strong><span style=\"color: #fd4700;\">vlnov\u00e1 d\u00e9lka<\/span><\/strong>. Slune\u010dn\u00ed sv\u011btlo dopadaj\u00edc\u00ed na Zemi zahrnuje ultrafialov\u00e9 (neviditeln\u00e9), viditeln\u00e9 a infra\u010derven\u00e9 (neviditeln\u00e9) sv\u011btlo.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Vlnov\u00e1 d\u00e9lka viditeln\u00e9ho sv\u011btla se pohybuje mezi 400 a 700 nanometry. Nad touto hodnotou jsou infra\u010derven\u00e9 paprsky (ty, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s zah\u0159\u00edvaj\u00ed na kav\u00e1rensk\u00fdch teras\u00e1ch) a pod 400 nanometr\u016f jsou infra\u010derven\u00e9 paprsky. <strong><span style=\"color: #fd4700;\">paprsky<\/span> <span style=\"color: #fd4700;\">ultrafialov\u00e9 z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed<\/span><\/strong>. Ze v\u0161ech ultrafialov\u00fdch paprsk\u016f, kter\u00e9 na n\u00e1s dopadaj\u00ed ze slunce, je 95%. <strong><span style=\"color: #fd4700;\">UVA<\/span><\/strong> a 5% z <strong><span style=\"color: #fd4700;\">UVB<\/span><\/strong>. Nejagresivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed UVC je zastaveno oz\u00f3novou vrstvou, a proto se nedostane na Zemi. Paprsky UVA a B dopadaj\u00ed na zem a pronikaj\u00ed do k\u016f\u017ee do hloubky v z\u00e1vislosti na sv\u00e9 vlnov\u00e9 d\u00e9lce.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Paprsky UVA maj\u00ed del\u0161\u00ed vlnovou d\u00e9lku ne\u017e paprsky UVB: proch\u00e1zej\u00ed sklem, pronikaj\u00ed hluboko do k\u016f\u017ee (do \u0161k\u00e1ry) a urychluj\u00ed jej\u00ed r\u016fst. <strong><span style=\"color: #fd4700;\">st\u00e1rnut\u00ed pleti<\/span><\/strong>. UVB paprsky jsou siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, jsou zastaveny na b\u00e1zi epidermis melaninem (<a href=\"https:\/\/hyfac.fr\/cs\/sos-dermato\/4328-hyperpigmentation-taches-cutanees-cicatrices-dacne-que-faire-hyfac\/\">ko\u017en\u00ed pigmentov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky<\/a>), zp\u016fsob\u00ed, \u017ee <strong><span style=\"color: #fd4700;\">sp\u00e1leniny od slunce<\/span><\/strong> a m\u011bn\u00ed DNA epiderm\u00e1ln\u00edch bun\u011bk (keratynocyt\u016f a melanocyt\u016f). Pod\u00edlej\u00ed se tak na <a href=\"https:\/\/hyfac.fr\/cs\/sos-dermato\/4322-keratoses-actiniques-prevention\/\">karcinogeneze<\/a> (karcinomy a melanomy).<\/p>\n<p>\u010c\u00edm krat\u0161\u00ed je vlnov\u00e1 d\u00e9lka z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, t\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed je jeho energie, ale t\u00edm m\u00e9n\u011b proch\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ekami.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #fd4700;\"><strong>Co je to slune\u010dn\u00ed kapit\u00e1l?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p align=\"justify\">K\u016f\u017ee si pamatuje r\u016fzn\u00e9 kontakty s UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm, to je to, \u010demu \u0159\u00edk\u00e1me \"slune\u010dn\u00ed kapit\u00e1l\". L&#8217;exposition cumul\u00e9e aux UV entra\u00eene le vieillissement cutan\u00e9 tout en augmentant le risque de survenue de cancers cutan\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p align=\"justify\">St\u00e1rnut\u00ed pleti zp\u016fsobuje slunce: vr\u00e1sky, skvrny, ztr\u00e1ta pru\u017enosti a pevnosti jsou d\u016fsledkem p\u016fsoben\u00ed ultrafialov\u00e9ho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed na ple\u0165.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #fd4700;\"><strong>Jak\u00e9 jsou p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky slunce?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p align=\"justify\">Slunce m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt vynikaj\u00edc\u00edm prost\u0159edkem pro l\u00e9\u010dbu n\u011bkter\u00fdch forem onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. <strong><span style=\"color: #fd4700;\">sez\u00f3nn\u00ed minima<\/span><\/strong>Tyto p\u0159\u00edznaky poci\u0165uj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u017eeny. SAD obvykle za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, v zim\u011b se zvy\u0161uje a na ja\u0159e se zlep\u0161uje. Tyto p\u0159\u00edznaky zmiz\u00ed po n\u00e1vratu slunce. Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b sv\u011btlo p\u0159ij\u00edman\u00e9 okem vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 sign\u00e1ly p\u0159\u00edmo v epif\u00fdze, mal\u00e9 \u017el\u00e1ze um\u00edst\u011bn\u00e9 na b\u00e1zi mozku, a ovliv\u0148uje tak vylu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed melatoninu.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Slunce, a zejm\u00e9na UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, tak\u00e9 p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k tomu. <strong><span style=\"color: #fd4700;\">synt\u00e9za vitaminu D1<\/span><\/strong>Je nezbytn\u00fd pro fixaci v\u00e1pn\u00edku v kostech. Zvy\u0161uje toti\u017e absorp\u010dn\u00ed kapacitu v\u00e1pn\u00edku a fosforu ve st\u0159ev\u011b. K zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed synt\u00e9zy tohoto vitaminu sta\u010d\u00ed obloha, a to i v l\u00e9t\u011b. Je nezbytn\u00fd pro prevenci k\u0159ivice a osteopor\u00f3zy. Poskytuje ji<a href=\"https:\/\/hyfac.fr\/cs\/conseils-dermato\/1287-lacne-et-lalimentation\/\">nap\u00e1jen\u00ed<\/a> (ryby, houby), ale tento p\u0159\u00edjem potravy nen\u00ed v\u017edy dostate\u010dn\u00fd. Sp\u00e1len\u00ed od slunce, zejm\u00e9na u d\u011bt\u00ed, zvy\u0161uje riziko vzniku <strong><span style=\"color: #fd4700;\">melanom<\/span><\/strong> (z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e1 rakovina vznikl\u00e1 z pigmentov\u00fdch bun\u011bk v epidermis).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">V ran\u00fdch stadi\u00edch, kter\u00e1 vedou ke vzniku rakoviny k\u016f\u017ee, nejsou zm\u011bny na k\u016f\u017ei klinicky viditeln\u00e9. Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku jsou tyto zm\u011bny biologick\u00e9 pouze na \u00farovni gen\u016f. Pozd\u011bji se v\u0161ak zviditeln\u00ed, kdy\u017e se objev\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/hyfac.fr\/cs\/sos-dermato\/4328-hyper-pigmentation\/\">tmav\u00e9 skvrny<\/a>nebo <a href=\"https:\/\/hyfac.fr\/cs\/sos-dermato\/4322-keratoses-actiniques-et-prevention\/\">mal\u00e1, drsn\u00e1 m\u00edsta sucha<\/a> na tv\u00e1\u0159i.
