Who is Nelly?
Nelly is a 24 year old blogger from Lyon who created her blog, Delicious-Beauty, in 2013. This young web editor decided to start blogging during her undergraduate years. It's where she had a lot of free time, that she discovered a real passion to be inspired by other beauty blogs, to write articles and share her good tips and other finds.
Over time her blog has grown and her community of followers has grown. That's why her passion for blogging takes up so much of her time now.
